“The property control division of the general services department shall provide for the free access to state buildings by the motion picture industry.” –NMSA 1978 15-3B-7.1

With the exception of Old Main (closed prison at PNM), the New Mexico Film Office facilitates use of location fee-free state buildings throughout New Mexico. Certain restrictions apply and in some instances, security and personnel fees are required. Please review the “Policies” document below and follow the outlined procedure.
